true – says this ATHEIST:
organized religion depends on having a sacred text, a structured hierarchy of top down authority and followers who do not directly access or interpret the texts. additionally, organized RELIGION is all about NUMBERS of followers be it in mega churches or as televangelists in a one way communication direction – top to bottom.
spirituality is individual or in small groups, a mentor/student structure and often there are no writings to be misinterpreted or applied.
spirituality is more harmonious with nature and all about actually being the best you can be
instead of applying a list of rules and obeying them as if that is any measure of right and wrong.

when it alteration finds

Those who wish to tether love
soon find shackles empty.
Love expands, encompasses,
embraces all. One can not
hoard love, can not steal
that which must be freely
given. Love can not be
bought, bribed, or demanded.
The Source of Love is generous,
ever ready to give more. Only
our inability to receive love
keeps our coffers empty.
Paradoxically, the more we
receive and pass on love to
others, the more we have for
ourselves. And so it is, and
has been for all time. And so it
will continue to be.

frogs are one of the coolest creatures
you can freeze them for years and when they defrost, they will hop away
they can induce suspended animation because they have a natural anti-freeze that protects their cell membranes by preventing the ice from creating sharp edges, basically sugar in their bodies alters the shape of the ice crystals.they are also an environmental indictactor species of the health of the local habitat
frogs are disappearing in the amazon rainforestsand deformities in individual frogs – not an evolutionary change, but pollution and parasite infestation caused , like 9 or up to 27 limbs are being discovered all across America –
much like polar bears in the artics – too many are being born with deformities and defects like hermaphrodism and and too many are unable to consume enough food so their hibernation cycles are disturbed
and polar bears and grizzlies – cousins who diverged – are now being in the same regions because of climate changes and they are interbreeding into a new bear subgroup called
PIZZLIES
frog is a great metaphor for life
baby swimming in water
growing legs and transforming
leaving the womb of the pond
taking its place on land
eating insects, croaking its song
laying eggs for more tadpoles
eaten by an eagle who transports
it to the next phase of life
Life is so simple when we let it be.

IF it wasn’t for the lighthouse
where would this ship be indeed….which is why I don’t beleive in regrets
but rather making the best choice
with the information you have
whether it’s the optimal choice
or whether you change directions later
How wise am I in hindsight,
Everything seems so clear.
I wonder why this wisdom
is not revealed in the now?
Perhaps to teach me faith,
humility, patience. Oh, wise
Creator, take my hand and walk
this path with me through all time.
