Aromatherapy!

sniffing peppermint oil and rosemary oil gives as big a mental hit as a cup of coffee!

citrus oil – lemon – also perks up the brain and improves productivity

the problem in most offices is the stale recycled air and hermetically sealed buildings

and because of chemical sensitivity, most smells are banned but keeping small bottles that you sniff now and then is the solution
