One of the most important thing to remember when you are in recovery is to celebrated each and ever victory. No matter how small or large.
And having the support of family and chosen family and friends of all kinds – is the best feeling in the world.

And While many people think that revenge is a dish best served cold.
I have to disagree.

And today, cleaning up my home office, my spouse found my little ocean jewels and I was so happy that I just had to share them with the whole world.
I found something when I was cleaning up too – it’s a stress ball to help cope with carpal tunnel syndrome.
So, I asked my spouse to take this picture, to also share with the world. A suggestion of what to do when you’re stressed and unable to make yourself understood or to remind you about not screaming and venting or raging at the world.
